Intermodal freight transport involves the transport of goods in a container or vehicle using multiple modes of transport (for example, rail, ship, airplane and truck).

There is no handling of the load itself when changing these modes. In this way, it increases cargo safety, reduces damage and losses, and enables faster transportation of cargo. Reduced costs compared to road transport is its most important advantage for intercontinental use.

As Middle Corridor, we provide cost and time advantages to our customers by combining different modes with our Intermodal experience.
